We always recommend booking to ensure you can paint with us at a time that is convenient for you, although we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To book, please get in touch via our contact form with an indication of when you would like to come in, what you would be wanting to do (e.g. hand/footprints) and how many adults and children the booking will be for, or give us a ring during our opening hours.

After you've painted your items your pottery is usually ready to collect between 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday) later, with the exception of our busier times such as Christmas and School Holidays when turnaround can take longer - please be advised by our staff members at the time of painting when your items should be ready for collection and if you need an item sooner, please discuss this with a member of staff before commencing painting. A fast track kiln pass is available at additional cost. Each item is hand-glazed, then fired in our kilns overnight.

No! Unlike most pottery cafés, we do not charge you for your time spent in-shop painting. Prices are calculated per item - painting is free!

Yes! During your visit we will have an array of hot and cold beverages to choose from, including teas, coffees, hot chocolates (including deluxe hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows) and a selection of juices and soft drinks which can be ordered at any time throughout your visit with us from our members of staff.

Yes! All of our paints are totally child-friendly, non-toxic and washable should your little ones decide our paint is a tasty treat...!

Yes! We can send your items to you via Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated by the size and weight of the parcel. Estimates can be given in the shop when you arrive. All of your items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and 'Fragile' tape to lessen any risk of breakage in transit.

We reserve tables for an hour and a half. This is usually plenty of time to get creative, and our staff are always on-hand to provide inspiration, and we aren't strict on timings unless we are fully booked and have painters coming in after your booking! You're also welcome to come back and finish your items off free of charge during our off-peak times (peak times are weekends and school holidays) within a month of starting your piece. Finishing off your pottery piece during our peak times will require a studio fee of £5.

Yes, to avoid a build-up of pottery we ask that you make every effort to collect your pottery within two months after they have been painted. After this point Pots2Go reserves the right to dispose of your pottery. We do offer postage at an additional cost should this be of interest in the event that collection becomes tricky.

Yes! We have baby changing facilities on our first floor within our customer toilet.

The main shop floor is wheelchair accessible. Our upstairs party area, further studio space and toilet is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a wheelchair accessible toilet 1-minute away from the shop as part of the Victoria Shopping Centre on Station Parade.

Please refer to our 'Parties' pages for information about the parties Pots2Go can offer, and fill out the party enquiry form to ask about prices. We will then be in touch to assist.
